Integrated training approach combines AI fluency, human capability, and skill-based performance in rapidly changing work environments

VIRGINIA BEACH, Va., April 1, 2026 /PRNewswire/ — Infotec has rebranded as SkillOps, marking an evolution in its approach to workforce development. The new identity reflects an expanded focus on preparing individuals and organizations for rapidly changing workplaces, placing a greater emphasis on the collaboration between people and technology.

In today’s workforce, individuals are increasingly expected to know how to utilize emerging technologies. A 2023 report from the National Skills Coalition in partnership with the Federal Reserve Bank of Atlanta found that across industries, 92% of jobs require foundational digital skills. However, approximately one-third of workers lack these skills.

SkillOps is addressing this digital divide through an integrated training model that combines AI fluency and the development of foundational human skills. Training is delivered through flexible formats designed to meet organizations where they are, including:

  • Instructor-led in-person training
  • Virtual instructor-led sessions
  • Asynchronous, self-paced learning
  • Hybrid learning pathways
  • On-site organizational programs and experiential events
  • Full-service training through SkillOps’ training center and accredited testing facility

“As organizations navigate rapid change, including the rise of artificial intelligence, one thing has never been clearer: technology alone doesn’t drive performance—people do,” said Holly Clevenger, President of SkillOps. “Skills are the currency of the modern workforce. Real transformation happens when advanced tools work hand in hand with human capability, and that is the future we’re building.”

Through this approach, SkillOps aims to help organizations build more adaptable, capable teams equipped to perform in increasingly complex and technology-driven environments.
