Annual conference has been bringing together partners and retailers from all verticals for 20 years of networking and education

ISELIN, N.J., May 21, 2024 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Celerant Technology, a leader in retail software and eCommerce solutions, has wrapped up its 20th annual client conference. Clients from all verticals that Celerant serves came together for three days of educational seminars, collaborative workshops, networking opportunities, and strategies to improve business on their eCommerce websites and brick-and-mortar establishments. The workshops were hosted by Celerant’s technology experts and expert industry speakers.

Key Topics at the 2024 Celerant Client Conference
Celerant’s CEO & President, Ian Goldman, opened the conference with a welcome address highlighting the importance of technology and innovation in the retail landscape. One key takeaway was the need for retailers to adopt AI to boost productivity, save time, and increase revenue, as exemplified by his AI chatbot-assisted speech. The conference featured 26 breakout sessions, interactive workshops, and one-on-one meetings for retailers with Celerant experts. Session topics included point of sale, digital marketing and mobile shopping apps, inventory management practices, eCommerce, accounting software, back office tools, and using artificial intelligence.

Keynote Speakers and Partners
This year’s conference featured Paul Erickson of Management One as the keynote speaker and a new ‘Client Success Panel’ that allowed retailers to hear from fellow clients about the success they have found with Celerant’s technology offerings. Kevin Chandler from Vance Outdoors, Mitch Tyler from SafeSide Tactical, Corbett Ferrell from D&D Texas Outfitters, and more were on the panel.

Retail clients also had the opportunity to meet face-to-face with some of Celerant’s partners and learn about their software solutions, including Shift4, AltruPay, Avalara, ClearSale, Worldpay, Management One, Smartwaiver, and more. Retailers interacted with partners at their booths, entered giveaways, and learned how each one’s integrations can help bring their business to the next level.
