(“CyberCatch” or the “Company“) (TSXV: CYBE), an innovative cybersecurity company offering an AI-enabled platform solution for continuous compliance and cyber risk mitigation, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a consulting services agreement with Belmont Plaza Corp. (“Belmont“) for capital markets social media communications consultation.

Pursuant to the consulting services agreement effective April 17, 2023 between the Company and Belmont (the “Agreement“), Belmont’s engagement is for six (6) months beginning April 17, 2023 (the “Term“). Belmont will provide capital markets social media communications, monitoring and reporting consultation. The Company will pay Belmont an aggregate of $120,000 for the Term, with the option to renew for an additional six (6) months at a monthly rate of $60,000. The Agreement is subject to TSXV approval.
