Nexus Minerals hones in on near-surface gold at Wallbrook’s Branches prospect

Nexus Minerals Ltd (ASX:NXM) managing director Andy Tudor chats with Proactive’s Elisha Newell after the company completed nearly 5,000 metres of reverse circulation drilling at the Wallbrook Gold Project’s Branches and MC4.1 prospects. Initial results from infill and extensional drilling have traced mineralisation to near surface at the former target, indicating there’s scope to increase the project’s shallow gold bounty. Ahead of the final 1-metre results, Tudor says Wallbrook’s gold camp potential continues to grow, particularly as the company expedites regional exploration.
