Benjamin Hoffman, Esq. and Anthony Lopresti, Esq. of Cousin Benny, a Philadelphia-based personal injury practice group, has filed a lawsuit against the Philadelphia Anti-Drug Anti-Violence network and Henny’s Sports Bar stemming from a shooting that occurred on April 30, 2022.

According to the lawsuit, Antonio Jardin, an employee of the Philadelphia Anti-Drug Anti-Violence network, is alleged to be the shooter. Marcel Boddie, the victim, suffered multiple gunshot wounds as a result of the shooting.  The suit alleges that the Philadelphia Anti-Drug Anti-Violence network and Henny’s Sports Bar were negligent in their hiring and supervision of Antonio Jardin.

“Our client Marcel Boddie was the victim of a senseless act of violence,” said Hoffman. “By employing and empowering Antonio Jardine, the Philadelphia Anti-Drug Anti-Violence Network endangered the very citizens they were supposed to protect.  We are committed to getting justice for Marcel and his family.”
