An Integrated Seed Certification Office Complex, which will assist with seed certification, inspection, and testing, will be established in the districts of Villupuram and Tiruppur at the cost of Rs.4 crore to facilitate access to high-quality seeds and provide advisory on seed production and certification of organic crops.
