The assessment process begins with two surveys used to gather valuable information from participating companies and their employees and then analyzed by the Best Companies Group (BCG) who determines the winners and rankings. These rankings will be announced on January 29, 2021, but SPEC Innovations is hopeful they will be high on the list.
