WASHINGTON, Oct. 9, 2018 /PRNewswire/ — AUSA 2018 — Zen Technologies USA, Inc. today announced that at AUSA 2018 (booth #4215), Zen is previewing the exclusive, joint effort between Paladin AI and Zen Technologies to bring Adaptive Training to Combat Training Systems.

The future of training is adaptive. By applying data mining and artificial intelligence techniques, Paladin AI and Zen Technologies will be delivering the future of combat training to land forces.

New emerging threats demand continuous and thorough training of soldiers who come from different backgrounds and experience levels, and must all be trained to the same high level of proficiency. The same training curriculum may not accommodate for each trainee’s unique competencies. Adaptive training will personalize training curricula to maximize individual and collective combat readiness.

Adaptive training takes advantage of the abundant data generated by modern training environments to: (1) measure trainee competency, (2) measure the effectiveness of individual training exercises on a per-competency basis, (3) predict a trainee’s future performance based on current levels of competency, and (4) make recommendations targeting specific weaknesses with specific exercises.

“Paladin AI is excited to be part of Zen’s training solutions that will bring adaptive training to market. Combining Zen’s technology with Paladin’s algorithms will produce quantifiable measures of training effectiveness producing combat-ready soldiers,” said Adolfo Klassen, Founder and CEO of Paladin AI.

“Paladin AI’s powerful algorithms combine data mining and machine learning algorithms with Zen’s proven training systems to improve the complete training experience. This adaptive training produces customized training programs based on data captured during training, resulting in truly combat ready soldiers,” said Pratish Shah, CEO of Zen Technologies USA, Inc.
