AI-Powered Technical Support: ARS technicians will gain access to Bluon’s MasterMechanic^™ AI tool, which provides instant, conversational diagnosis and troubleshooting guidance derived from Bluon’s proprietary tech support training data collected over 5+ years and 135,000 tech-to-tech interactions.
Advanced Equipment Identification: Integration of Bluon’s OCR scanner technology will allow ARS technicians to instantly identify equipment by scanning nameplates, providing immediate access to technical specifications, original manuals, troubleshooting guides, and wiring diagrams.
