(“CyberCatch” or the “Company“) (TSXV: CYBE), an innovative cybersecurity company offering an AI-enabled platform solution for continuous compliance and cyber risk mitigation, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a consulting services agreement with AI Venturetech, Inc. (“AI Venturetech“), a New York-based consulting firm with an AI research lab specializing  in AI, quantum computing and cybersecurity.

Pursuant to the consulting services agreement effective August 1, 2023 between the Company and AI Venturetech (the “Agreement“), AI Venturetech’s engagement is for two and half months beginning August 01, 2023 (the “Term“). AI Venturetech will profile the Company in its AI research lab and educate the business community about the Company’s AI-enabled cyber risk mitigation solution and its value proposition. The Company will pay AI Venturetech an aggregate of $5,000 USD for the Term of the Agreement. The Agreement is subject to TSXV approval.
