Prestigious International Annual Awards Program Honors Standout AI and Machine Learning Solutions and Companies

Leveraging OpenAI’s ChatGPT and GPT-4, this new release augments MARCIE, to enhance its Assisted Authoring capabilities beyond issue detection by providing content rewrite suggestions to improve content reading levels, sentiment, and length. The enhanced AI-powered Assisted Authoring is governed by enterprise-grade controls that safely make it faster and easier for users to optimize content, while still retaining complete control over the outgoing messages.

Messagepoint also makes its AI capabilities available via an API-based content intelligence service. These API-based services, known as Semantex, enable customers to leverage only the precise content services they require and embed them into their own business processes and solutions.
