BETHESDA, Md., May 4, 2023 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — Amr is an accomplished financial executive with a proven track record of success in accounting, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and mergers and acquisitions. He brings over 20 years of experience to the Digital Infuzion team and has a wealth of knowledge in managing complex financial transactions and ensuring compliance with government regulations, including FAR, CAS, and DCAA requirements.

In his previous role as Vice President Corporate Controller at Dovel Technologies, Amr was responsible for overseeing finance and accounting activities of a government contractor with an annual revenue of $350 million. He was instrumental in implementing financial management policies and procedures and played a key role in the company’s financial planning and analysis.

Prior to Dovel Technologies, Amr served as Corporate Controller at ARTEL, a telecommunication solution provider where he managed finance and accounting functions and played a key role in implementing the latest ERP system. Amr also held various finance and accounting roles, including Finance and Compliance Manager at BearingPoint, Assistant Controller at Monarc Construction, and Controller at Meridian International Center.

Amr holds a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Alexandria University, Egypt, and is a Certified Public Accountant and Chartered Global Management Accountant.
