On December 13, 2022, Evidence Prime development lab in Poland became a partner of Klaster LifeScience Kraków, a Polish National Key Cluster focusing on Research and Development collaboration in Life Sciences.
KRAKÓW, Poland, Dec. 31, 2022 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — “Evidence Prime is delighted to announce that we became a part of a LifeScience Kraków network,” said Paweł Kunstman, Evidence Prime’s president. “Becoming a part of this research-driven collaborative network enables Evidence Prime with wider R&D cooperation opportunities, better access to research grants, and allows a wider promotion of our activities on behalf of the whole Evidence-Based Healthcare community.”
Klaster LifeScience Krakow is the collaborative network of businesses and institutions from the Southern Poland Region, which agreed to collaborate to develop and deliver to the market innovations in the field of life sciences. These organizations represent six areas of interest, i.e., biotechnology and life science business (BioF), research & development (R&D), science and education (Edu), healthcare (Med), business support (Biz), and local government (Gov) actively guiding and facilitating the cooperation at the regional level.
Evidence Prime has joined the cluster in the BioF area and supports the cluster’s mission by creating innovative solutions and technologies to improve health services. It develops Laser AI (supported by the European Union under the European Regional Development Fund) – a groundbreaking system automating the development of Living Systematic Reviews using natural language processing (NLP) and artificial intelligence (AI) techniques. It synthesizes available knowledge about a given health problem continuously and with minimal human involvement, and by that, speeds up the literature review process, and decreases costs. Moreover, Evidence Prime develops and constantly improves GRADEpro, (with over 100,000 users worldwide) – the world’s most popular healthcare guideline development tool. It assists the clinical guideline development process, from scoping through summarizing the evidence to making and disseminating health recommendations while ensuring adherence to the GRADE methodology.
“We are very proud of this prestigious recognition of our R&D efforts, as well as our constant support for the EBHC community worldwide, “says Artur Nowak, CTO at Evidence Prime. “We believe that cooperation is the cornerstone of innovation, and R&D networks like Klaster LifeScience are vital to enable creativity and innovation in modern healthcare.”
