Graton Resort & Casino Hires Mario Maesano as Vice President of Marketing

Graton Resort and Casino announces the appointment of Mario Maesano as vice president of marketing. Maesano is a veteran gaming executive with 27 years of experience in the industry, having served in senior casino marketing positions for the majority of his career. In his new role, Maesano is responsible for leading the development, implementation and execution of the marketing initiatives, including brand management, database marketing, creative development, traditional and social media, graphic design, public relations, sponsorship, events, promotions, entertainment, Club operations, player development and group sales.

Maesano most recently served as the senior vice president of marketing and slot operations at The Cordish Companies, developers and operators of some of the largest commercial gaming, retail and entertainment destinations in the U.S., including Live! Casino & Hotels, leading their marketing division for 10 years. A native of southern New Jersey, Maesano began his gaming career in 1991 at Resorts International in Atlantic City.

Maesano holds a B.S. in Marketing from St. Joseph’s University in Philadelphia and an MBA from Xavier University in Cincinnati.
