   The Expo and Conference will feature diverse and internationally recognized speakers, accomplished women role models and career coaches, as well as provide a forum for small-group dialogue and individual networking among highly motivated conference attendees.

   Theme of the Summit is “Empowering Women for a Better Opportunities with Justice and Equality”.

   The Women’s Leadership Miami  is open to women of all ethnicities, professions and social backgrounds, locally and nationally, and men who support women.

   “As more and more women ascend to leadership roles in the region, particularly, Latin America and the Caribbean  in business, in elected office, in their communities and  all phases of their lives, empowerment of women is a surging phenomenon, now and into our future for the region,” said Doug Mayorga, CEO and Founder of the  United States Minority Chamber of Commerce.  “Helping to prepare women to better meet the challenges of such roles is an important dimension of our commitment to diversity inspired by the spirit of the leadership of the United States of America.  We present this conference, to stimulate dialogue and forge effective strategies for the success of women in Latin America”.

S Minority Chamber of Commerce today announced it will host the 2022  Women Leadership Summit Miami,  this coming up March 3-6, 2022.
