The Borough’s new ordinance requires that landlords obtain a rental license and have their property inspected every three years. Using OpenGov Citizen Services, landlords can log on to schedule an inspection date and have an inspector automatically assigned. Inspectors can then digitally record results as well as upload photos from the field. Easy-to-use reports improve transparency as they are shared among departments and with landlords.
