Stellar Senior Living entered into a new management agreement with Diversified Healthcare Trust (DHC) for nine skilled nursing communities and one continuing care retirement community. The agreement covers 1,152 units in Colorado, Texas, and Wyoming within DHC’s Senior Housing Operating Portfolio (SHOP).
Stellar Senior Living is looking forward to transitioning management from Five Star Senior Living and continuing to lead with their guiding values of Service, Inspiration, Integrity, and Joy. Residents of the DHC communities, along with their families, can expect to see continuation of the same great level of care they have been receiving, as well as implementation of some of Stellar’s signature programs such as all-day dining. Transition commenced with 5 communities on August 1, 2021, and will be complete with the transition of the final 5 communities on September 1, 2021.
