Austin, TX and Chicago, IL – September 2, 2021– Digital evidence lifecycle orchestration software company Ligl welcomes new advisors to guide the company through future growth.

Dr. Angela Steffen Meyer is Director of Meyer | Vorst Consultants, strategic business development and recruiting consulting firm.? Dr. Meyer has more than 30 years of experience in expert witness and litigation support services. Most recently, she served as Vice President, Client Services for Exponent, a leading engineering, and scientific consulting firm that provides expert witness services worldwide. In this capacity, she worked with both in-house and outside counsel on their litigation services requirements.? She was President & CEO of the Product Liability Advisory Council, a boutique legal association of more than 80 global manufacturers and over 400 attorneys. She is an active member of the American Bar Association and the Defense Research Institute and is on the board of directors of Abraxas Petroleum (NASDAQ: AXAS) and the board of advisors for Summit Consulting LLC.

Wendy Riggs is a recognized leader in legal operations, data governance, eDiscovery, and legal technology. A veteran of Airbnb, Twitter, and Zynga, Wendy has built legal, technology, compliance, and operations solutions from the ground up and advanced existing solutions to meet the needs of growing companies. Wendy has played key roles in major projects in the legal and data governance space from IPO readiness to GDPR compliance. Today she is the force behind Strategic Business Operations (SBO), a consulting firm focused on legal, compliance, and business operations solutions. SBO clients include Fortune 500 companies and startups. Wendy also shares her expertise by serving on Advisory Boards for innovative technology companies.
