Maropost ranked highest among software users, earning the number-one spot in most areas, and having done particularly well in email marketing automation with a perfect net-promoter score of 100%. Bronto’s users were highly satisfied, giving the vendor the number-one spot in many areas, including quality of features and mobile marketing management. Oracle Eloqua took the number-one spot in several categories, receiving a net-promoter score of 95% in usability and intuitiveness, ease of customization and implementation. Aptean MarketFirst performed consistently well according to software users, taking third place in both advanced data segmentation scoring at 88%, and product strategy and rate of improvement, scoring at 91%. Ensighten Open Marketing Platform earned the number-one spot in several areas: multi-channel integration at 90%, ease of data integration at 95%, and breadth of features at 93%. Salesforce Pardot users gave the vendor second place in social media marketing management at 91%, and advanced data segmentation at 89%.
