CHICAGO, Nov. 2, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — ITServe Alliance concluded the 5th annual conference – Synergy 2019 – held in Chicago, IL. The two-day conference was held on October 17th and 18th, at the Renaissance Schaumburg Convention Center Hotel. Synergy 2019 saw over 1,500 CXOs from over 1,200 companies and US policymakers come together at America’s biggest IT conference, a one-of-its-kind event that is focused on spearheading networking, knowledge-sharing and growth.
ITServe’s President, Vinod Babu Uppu said in his address to the attendees, “Synergy annual conference focuses on the most pressing challenges in the IT Services industry along with the opportunities they present. Synergy is a platform to explore new strategies and opportunities, explore synergies to work together with competing businesses to meet the growing demands of the IT services market place.”

Key policymakers such as Sen. John Kennedy (R-LA) Rep. Raja Krishnamoorthi (D-IL, 8th district) echoed their support to IT companies in overcoming the big challenge of acquiring and retaining IT talent and in particular the H-1B program. Speaking at a panel, See. Kennedy said, “When it comes to immigration, the challenges for employment based immigration are seldom discussed in Washington DC. That needs to change.” Rep. Krishnamoorthi received a big applause when he gave his assurance to business owners and said, “I would like to be a voice that represents you in DC.”

In keeping with its mission of promoting entrepreneurship, Synergy also had their signature ‘Start-Up Pitch’ called Start-up Cube. This year over 85 companies competed and presented their ideas to a panel of judges consisting of successful entrepreneurs, business leaders and investors.

The conference witnessed leading CIOs and CTOs in attendance, providing insights into the latest trends in the technology landscape. High-value panels like the CTO/CIO and M&A panel offered a collaborative platform where many executives from Fortune 500 companies discussed the evolving trends and upcoming innovations in the IT e business landscape. Spotlight was on today’s groundbreaking technology trends like Internet of Things (IoT), Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning and Blockchain.

Notable names like AI & Machine Learning expert Tanmay Bakshi, Sandler sales expert Karl Graf and former NFL linebacker Matt Mayberry were few amongst the many speakers that engaged, empowered and inspired the attendees.
