Michelle Reese has been named president and assumes the responsibilities of Pete DeNagy, who will serve on the company’s board of directors, effective immediately.

Reese, who has performed as the company’s senior vice president of strategic alliances since July 2018, has demonstrated exceptional leadership and vision in all revenue-related activities including the launch of a new, innovative partner program that uniquely adapts to multiple business models and partners’ needs and rewards achievement across key strategic endeavors and sales priorities. DeNagy, who has served in the role of president since he co-founded the company, will focus exclusively on strategic, visionary initiatives on the company’s board of directors. His primary focus will be on leveraging his extensive telecommunications industry experience and connections to accelerate IoT America’s growth.
