DALLAS, July 31, 2019 /PRNewswire-PRWeb/ — M-Files Corporation, the intelligent information management company, today announced it has been named one of the Best Places to Work by the Dallas Business Journal. M-Files was chosen as one of the top 100 workplaces in North Texas in the 17th annual awards program.

The Dallas Business Journal selected the list of winners among several hundred nominated companies in North Texas. The companies were divided into five categories by size: Micro (10-24 employees), Small (25-49 employees), Medium (50-249 employees), Large (250-999 employees) and Extra Large (1,000-plus employees).

M-Files was selected as an honoree in the medium-sized company category, representing its Plano-based North American headquarters. The designation was based on an indexed score created via employee responses to a survey conducted by Quantum Workplace.

“This recognition is a tribute to M-Files and our employees who are deeply committed to driving company growth and enabling our customers to succeed,” said Miika Mäkitalo, CEO at M-Files. “Our ability to change the way the world manages information starts with our teams’ enthusiasm and passion for the work they do, and our achievements wouldn’t be possible without every employee’s incredible contributions to our mission.”

The Best Places to Work recognition follows recent strong growth and performance at M-Files. In 2018, the company grew its annual recurring revenue (ARR) by more than 30 percent over 2017. M-Files also added more than 1,000 new customers, spanning global enterprises in industries such as manufacturing, professional services, construction, financial services, life sciences, energy, real estate, healthcare and others. In 2019, employee growth surpassed 500 global team members and the company expanded its presence in Texas with a new Austin office.

Rankings for each category will be announced at the Dallas Business Journal awards event on Oct. 24.
