DashPing is a freight and communication management platform that helps corporations automate freight management tasks, reduce costs associated with supply chain disruptions and improve customer service levels.

Operating DashPing for cloud based users is simple. Shippers, 3PL’s and Freight Agents create a “Ping” by entering their shipment details in to the system. The systems AI schedules all pickup, in transit and delivery tracking tasks, manages communication between all parties involved in the transaction and makes shipment crisis management decisions in real-time. All shipment status updates and alerts are automatically sent to the user; greatly reducing or completely eliminating the need for manual interaction with dispatchers and drivers.
