• All billing paperwork is scanned when it comes into the EMS billing service
• The digital files are securely transmitted in one large “Image Blob” of information to an automated conversion process,
• Artificial Intelligence (AI) breaks the Image Blob back into individual pages,
• Bots transform the individual pages into usable data
• Data is stored in a secure Cloud and can be searched and accessed 24/7 by the EMS billing staff, using a secure Internet connection.
• The data in the Cloud is integrated into the existing EMS billing software.

All of this happens in minutes, rather than the days it would have taken previously by hand.

The solution is currently being heavily QC’d throughout the process to ensure that all AI automation and Bots are performing to PAS’s high standards for accuracy and efficiency.
