New additions to the board include Paul Fiore, an investor and entrepreneur, who has three successful financial services tech exits, including founding Digital Insights, which was acquired by Intuit for $1.35 billion. Fiore is the former founder and CEO of LifeStep Solutions, formerly CU Wallet, and currently serves as Founder and Chairman of DoubleBeam, a cloud-POS venture.
Jay Rifkin joins as Board Member, bringing extensive experience in multiple successful exits and as a Grammy Award and Tony Award-winning music, new media, film, and television producer.
