Fleckenstein brings more than 20 years of technology experience to Nintex where he most recently served as Chief Product and Marketing Officer at Amplero, an emerging leader in Artificial Intelligence Marketing technology. Before Amplero, he marketed cloud technology offerings at Salesforce as VP of Product for both the IoT Cloud and Marketing Cloud. While at Salesforce, Fleckenstein helped create the customer journey management category and established the company’s Journey Builder product as a recognized leader. Before that Fleckenstein held senior roles at Microsoft including being part of the team driving the transition from perpetual software (Microsoft Office) to online services (Office 365), and he helped to establish Microsoft’s direct-to-consumer selling motion and infrastructure. Fleckenstein has also served as a market researcher and venture capitalist during his career.

Matt holds a B.A. in communications from the University of Pittsburgh and completed the Entrepreneurial & Technology Commercialization program at Carnegie Mellon University.
